What this covers
This site is operated by Ernesto Shabatay, an independent photographer based in Brooklyn, New York. Questions about privacy or your information can be sent to hello@shabatay.com.
What I collect
I collect only what you choose to enter in the inquiry form:
- name and phone number (required)
- email address, date, type of shoot, place, and your message (optional)
There are no hidden fields, tracking profiles, or information collected from data brokers.
Why
I use your details only to answer your inquiry and discuss a possible shoot. I do not sell them, use them for advertising, or add you to a newsletter.
Where it goes
Your inquiry is sent to my email inbox and duplicated in Telegram so I can respond. The service providers involved are my email provider, Telegram, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept in my email while we are corresponding and for a reasonable time afterwards, and no longer than necessary for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your information by writing to hello@shabatay.com.
California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale of personal information. I do not sell or share your information, so there is no sale to opt out of. There is also nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
